XENRYA™ | Turn Hours Into Seconds | AI-Driven Productivity Apps

Privacy Policy – XENRYA™

1) Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Xenrya LLC (“Xenrya,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in our iOS apps (including Zyntria Billiards) and on this website. Our apps show ads using Google AdMob and honor Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can change your choices at any time in iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

2) Data We Collect

We design our apps to minimize data. We do not require accounts and we do not sell personal data. Depending on your settings and device permissions, the following information may be collected:

  • Device ID (IDFA) — collected only if you grant ATT permission. Used by AdMob for ad personalization and measurement.
  • Advertising & Usage Data — such as ad impressions, interaction with ads, approximate location (derived from IP), and product interaction events (e.g., app launches). These are primarily collected by Google AdMob to show and measure ads.
  • Crash/Performance Data — limited diagnostics may be collected to improve stability.
  • Website Forms (optional) — if you contact us or join a mailing list, we receive the information you choose to submit.

3) Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our apps use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display banners and interstitial ads. We configure AdMob for General Audiences (G-rated content). If you allow tracking via ATT, AdMob may access the IDFA to personalize ads and measure performance. If you deny tracking, AdMob will still show ads but without access to the IDFA (less personalized).

We also use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) where required to collect consent for EU/UK users and honor choices such as non-personalized ads. Your choices can be changed within the app’s consent dialog (when shown) or via Apple Settings using ATT.

4) Your Choices & Controls

  • App Tracking Transparency (ATT): When first launched, the app may ask to “Allow Tracking.” Choose Allow or Ask App Not to Track. You can change your decision anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • Regional Consent (UMP): If presented, use the in-app consent dialog to select personalized or non-personalized ads.
  • Limit Ad Personalization: Even if you allow tracking, you can opt out of personalized ads in Google’s ad settings and via platform controls.

5) App Privacy Details (Apple Disclosure)

For our iOS App Store listing, we disclose the following, consistent with Apple’s definitions:

  • Data Used to Track You: Identifiers (Device ID/IDFA) — by AdMob, if you allow tracking.
  • Data Not Linked to You: Advertising Data and limited Usage Data for third-party advertising/analytics.

We do not collect contact information, precise location, health, financial, or other sensitive categories in our apps.

6) Children’s Privacy

Our apps are suitable for general audiences and configured for G-rated ad content. They are not directed to children under 13 for the purposes of the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7) Security & Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; however, no system is perfectly secure. We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. For ad data, Google’s systems determine retention according to their policies.

8) How We Share Information

We share data with Google as our advertising technology partner (AdMob/UMP). We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or during a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We do not sell personal data.

9) International Transfers

Our services and third-party partners may process data on servers located outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used.

10) Changes & Contact

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with an updated effective date. For privacy questions or requests (including deletion inquiries), contact: privacy@xenrya.com.

Effective Date: November 2, 2025
