This page provides support information for Xenrya apps on the App Store, including troubleshooting steps, privacy details, and how to contact support. It is intended to satisfy the support requirements for iOS apps distributed through Apple.

This support page applies to current and future apps published by Xenrya LLC on the Apple App Store, including titles in the Zyntria Play and Zyntria Learn families. Examples include:

  • Zyntria Play Crosswords - topic driven crossword boards with XP tracking and learning history.
  • Zyntria Play Billiards - cue sports with real table style physics and a clean, focused HUD.
  • Zyntria Play Card Collection - a set of classic card games with rule based hints and offline play.
  • Zyntria Learn Trivia - a learning focused trivia app that supports academics and certification prep.

As new apps are released under the Xenrya developer account, they are also covered by the guidance on this page unless an app specific support page is explicitly linked from the App Store listing.

Getting Started

All Xenrya apps are distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store. To install:

  • Open the App Store on your iPhone.
  • Search for the app name or tap the App Store link provided from xenrya.com or Apple.
  • Tap the download or price button and authenticate with your Apple ID.
  • Once installed, tap the icon on your Home Screen to open the app and follow any on screen prompts.

Pricing and availability are managed by Apple and may vary by region and currency. Some apps may be temporarily free, paid up front, or include optional in app features. There are currently no subscription services operated by Xenrya.

Troubleshooting

Try the steps below if you experience installation problems, crashes, missing audio, performance issues, or unexpected behavior.

If the app will not install or update

  • Confirm that your device is signed in with the correct Apple ID.
  • Check that you have a stable Wi Fi or cellular data connection.
  • Verify that you have enough free storage space.
  • Open the App Store, find the app, and tap the download or update button again.
  • If the issue continues, restart your device and retry the download from the App Store page.

If the app crashes or will not open

  • Close the app from the app switcher, then reopen it.
  • Restart your iPhone and try again.
  • Confirm that you are running the latest version of iOS supported by the app.
  • Visit the App Store listing and ensure that you have installed the latest version of the app.

If sound, haptics, or graphics do not look correct

  • Check the ringer and volume settings on your device.
  • Verify that any in app audio or music toggles are enabled.
  • Make sure Low Power Mode or system restrictions are not limiting performance.
  • If graphics appear distorted, fully close the app and relaunch it after a short pause.

If you see issues with ads or in app prompts

  • Confirm you have a network connection, as some ad content is streamed from the network.
  • If an ad appears stuck, close and reopen the app.
  • If you believe an ad is inappropriate, capture a screenshot and include it when you contact support.

Privacy

Xenrya designs apps to be simple and focused. Where possible, preferences and progress are stored on your device. Purchases and downloads are handled by Apple through your Apple ID and the App Store. Xenrya does not have access to your payment details.
